I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are established by Geenow (a division of Geery LLC) and govern your use of the website, purchase of metal wall art products, and related services. By accessing or using the website and proceeding with an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a comprehensive legal agreement and supersede any prior agreements between you and Geenow. The target market and scope of these terms are limited exclusively to the territory of the United States of America.

II. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND WEBSITE INFORMATION

Geenow specializes in providing metal wall art products. We commit to accurately describing the products on the website regarding material, color, size, and design. However, you should note that minor color variations may occur due to your monitor display settings or the manual production process for some items. All information, content, and pricing displayed on the website are subject to update or change without prior notice; however, these changes will not affect the value of an order that has been confirmed and paid for by you.

III. ORDERING PROCESS AND CONTRACT CONFIRMATION

Placing an order is considered an offer to purchase the product. Your order is only accepted and the official sales contract is formed when Geenow sends an order confirmation email, which includes product details, total cost (including a $6.99 shipping fee), and tracking information (after the order is processed). Geenow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if suspicious activity, invalid payment information, or out-of-stock products are detected, even after the initial order confirmation has been sent. In the event of an order cancellation due to an error on Geenow's part, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

IV. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth and timely order processing flow, Geenow allows customers a limited time frame to request an order cancellation or modification. Customers have 8 hours from the time of successful order placement to submit a cancellation or modification request. All requests must be sent via email to [email protected] with a clear subject line (e.g., CANCELLATION REQUEST_[ORDER ID]). After this 8-hour period, the order will be moved into the processing and packaging workflow, and Geenow will no longer be able to accept any cancellation or modification requests. If a cancellation request is approved within the 8-hour window, you will receive a full refund using the original payment method.

V. PAYMENT TERMS AND DATA SECURITY

Geenow primarily uses the PayPal payment gateway to ensure secure and flexible transactions. You can pay directly with your PayPal account or use the Guest Checkout feature with popular international credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Discover. All transactions and prices are in US Dollars (USD).

We are committed to not adding any transaction processing fees. All your payment information is absolutely protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology and is processed entirely through PayPal's secure system. Geenow does not store or share your credit/debit card details on its servers. You are responsible for ensuring that the provided Billing Address exactly matches the address registered with the card-issuing bank to avoid transaction rejection or hold.

VI. SHIPPING POLICY AND DELIVERY SCOPE

Geenow is committed to providing efficient, transparent, and secure shipping services for metal wall art products. Our current shipping scope is limited to the 50 states of the United States of America only. For security and delivery time assurance, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

VII. DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING FEE

The total time for you to receive your order is a combination of order processing time (1–2 business days) and shipping time (5–7 business days), resulting in an estimated total delivery time of 6–9 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) to begin processing on the same business day. We use leading US carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

To simplify the purchasing process, Geenow applies a fixed shipping fee of $6.99 per order, which will be clearly displayed before you complete the payment. Geenow will proactively notify customers via email and work with the carrier to resolve any significant delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier service failures, severe weather, or peak seasons.

VIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND

Your request for an exchange, return, or refund will be reviewed and accepted by Geenow if it fully meets the following prerequisites: The request must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received the order. The product must be in an unused, intact condition, and not damaged due to customer action or fault. Finally, the request must fall under one of the cases accepted by Geenow according to the detailed policies below.

IX. REFUND OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT (GEENOW'S FAULT)

In this case of an error originating from Geenow, the customer is not required to return the defective product, helping you avoid return shipping costs. Accepted cases include: Severe Manufacturing Defect (dented, warped, broken product); Product Not As Described (major difference in material, color, size, or main design compared to the website description); Order Discrepancy (missing product or wrong item delivered); or Order Lost during transit (confirmed by the carrier).

To resolve this, please send an email to [email protected] with the Order Number, a detailed description of the situation, your desired resolution (Send a replacement product or Refund), and attach clear photos/videos of the product/order condition. After verification (usually within 1–2 business days), Geenow will proceed to send a free replacement product or fully refund the order value (including the original shipping fee) to the payment method used.

X. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY (DUE TO PERSONAL CHANGE OF MIND)

Geenow supports exchanging for a different product if the customer changes their mind about the purchased item for personal reasons; however, this case does not apply to refunds. The customer is responsible for sending an email to [email protected] providing the Order Number, the reason for the exchange, and the desired replacement item, along with photos/videos proving the received product is intact, unused, and undamaged due to the customer's fault. In this exchange scenario, the customer is responsible for covering all two-way shipping costs (cost to return the original product to the warehouse and the cost to ship the new product to your address). Additionally, if the new product has a higher value, you must pay the difference; if the value is lower, Geenow will not refund the difference.

XI. CASES FOR REFUSAL OF EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND

Geenow reserves the right to refuse any exchange, return, or refund request if: The request is submitted after the 30-day period from the date the customer received the order. The product has been used, installed, or clearly damaged due to the customer's action, fault, or negligence. This refusal is aimed at ensuring fairness and product integrity.

XII. REFUND PROCESSING TIME AND PROCEDURE

After Geenow confirms and approves a refund, we will initiate the refund transaction within approximately 24 hours. However, the actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the internal process of the bank or original payment service you used. Please note the following estimated time frames: PayPal refunds usually take about 3–5 business days; Credit/Debit Card refunds usually take about 5–7 business days. You are responsible for monitoring your account statement and contacting your bank directly if you do not receive the refund after this estimated period.

XIII. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Geenow website, including but not limited to design, logos, product images, text, graphics, and source code, is the exclusive property of Geery LLC and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of Geenow's assets for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Misuses or copyright infringement will be prosecuted according to law.

XIV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In all cases, Geenow's (Geery LLC) maximum legal liability for any claim you may have, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or otherwise, will be limited only to the total actual payment value of the affected order. Geenow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of inability to use our products or services.
