I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are established by Geenow (a division of Geery LLC) and govern your use of the website, purchase of metal wall art products, and related services. By accessing or using the website and proceeding with an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a comprehensive legal agreement and supersede any prior agreements between you and Geenow. The target market and scope of these terms are limited exclusively to the territory of the United States.

II. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND CONTENT ACCURACY

Geenow specializes in providing high-quality metal wall art. We strive to display the colors, textures, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate, nor do we take responsibility for minor variations arising from our specialized manual production processes. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Such changes will not affect the value of orders that have been successfully confirmed and paid for prior to the change.

III. ORDERING PROCESS AND CONTRACT CONFIRMATION

Placing an order is considered an offer to purchase the product. Your order is only accepted and the official sales contract is formed when Geenow sends an order confirmation email, which includes product details, total cost (including a $6.99 shipping fee), and tracking information (after the order is processed). Geenow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if suspicious activity, invalid payment information, or out-of-stock products are detected, even after the initial order confirmation has been sent. In the event of an order cancellation due to an error on Geenow's part, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

IV. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICY

To maintain an efficient production and packaging workflow, we apply a strict 12-hour window for any order change. Customers have exactly 12 hours from the time of successful order placement to submit a request for cancellation or modification (such as changes to shipping address, quantity, or design) via email to [email protected]. Once this 12-hour window period has passed, the order is automatically moved to our processing department, and we cannot intercept or accept any further changes. Cancellation requests approved within this window will receive a full refund immediately.

V. PAYMENT METHODS AND DATA SECURITY

Geenow primarily uses the PayPal payment gateway to ensure secure and flexible transactions. You can pay directly with your PayPal account or use the Guest Checkout feature with popular international credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Discover. All transactions and prices are in US Dollars (USD).

We are committed to not adding any transaction processing fees. All your payment information is absolutely protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology and is processed entirely through PayPal's secure system. Geenow does not store or share your credit/debit card details on its servers. You are responsible for ensuring that the provided Billing Address exactly matches the address registered with the card-issuing bank to avoid transaction rejection or hold.

VI. SHIPPING POLICY AND FEES

Geenow ships to all 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii) through strategic shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We apply a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order.

  • Order Processing Time: 3–5 business days for quality checks and packaging.
  • Shipping Time: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday–Friday. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the product is handed over to the carrier.

VII. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a customer support policy for returns within 30 days of successful delivery, applicable to both manufacturing defects and personal reasons. To be eligible, the product must be in brand-new condition, unused, uninstalled, and repacked in its original packaging with all protective framing.

Return Shipping: Geenow provides a free pre-paid shipping label ($0 cost).

Restocking Fee: $0.

Refund Processing: Once the return passes inspection at our Colorado warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days and typically appears in your account within 10 business days.

VIII. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Geenow website, including but not limited to design, logos, product images, text, graphics, and source code, is the exclusive property of Geery LLC and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of Geenow's assets for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Misuses or copyright infringement will be prosecuted according to law.

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In all cases, Geenow's (Geery LLC) maximum legal liability for any claim you may have, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or otherwise, will be limited only to the total actual payment value of the affected order. Geenow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

X. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the laws of the state where Geery LLC is headquartered. Any disputes or claims arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
