1. Shipping Scope

We only accept and ship orders within the United States. Our shipping service covers all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

2. Delivery Time

The total time you receive your order is a combination of Processing Time and Shipping Time. All estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

Process: Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 3–5 business days.

Tracking Notification: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a link to monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping Time & Carriers

Carriers: We partner with leading US carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure safe delivery.

Selection: We select the optimal carrier based on the package size, weight, and your delivery address.

5. Shipping Costs

To ensure a transparent shopping experience, Geenow applies a fixed rate fee:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 per order.
  • This rate applies to all 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • This shipping fee will be clearly displayed on the Cart and Checkout pages before you complete payment.

6. Factors Affecting Delivery Time

While Geenow strives to meet the 10–15 business days estimate, certain external factors may cause delays:

  • Carrier Service Issues: Sorting errors or transit delays by the carrier.
  • Severe Weather: Natural disasters or storms affecting the transport network.
  • Peak Season: High volume during holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
  • Remote/Rural Addresses: Addresses in secluded or rural areas (differing between the contiguous 48 states and Alaska/Hawaii).

Geenow Action: If significant delays occur, we will proactively notify you via email and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
