Shipping Policy
At Geenow, we understand you want to receive your metal wall art as quickly as possible. We are committed to providing efficient, transparent, and secure shipping services.
1. Shipping Scope
We only accept and ship orders within the United States of America. Our shipping service covers all 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Unsupported Addresses: To ensure security and timely delivery, we DO NOT ship to the following addresses:
- Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box).
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
2. Delivery Time
The total time you receive your order is a combination of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

3. Time & Process Details
3.1. Order Processing Time
This is the time required for the Geenow (Geery LLC) team to verify the order, perform a quality check on the metal product, safely package it, and prepare the shipping label.
Process: Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) to begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Notification: Once the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number.
3.2. Shipping Time
This is the period when the carrier officially transports the item from our facility to your address.
Carriers: We partner with leading US carriers, including USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, and FedEx, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Selection: We will select the optimal carrier based on the package size, weight, and your delivery address.
4. Shipping Costs
To simplify the purchasing process, Geenow applies a fixed rate fee:
- Flat Rate: $6.99 per order.
- This shipping fee will be clearly displayed and detailed on the Cart and Checkout pages before you complete any payment transaction.
5. Factors Affecting Delivery Time
While Geenow always strives to meet the committed delivery time (6–9 business days), certain factors beyond our control may cause delays:
- Carrier Service Issues: Delays due to carrier errors (e.g., sorting errors, loss).
- Severe Weather: Unfavorable weather conditions (snowstorms, floods, natural disasters) affecting the transport network.
- Peak Season: Increased shipping volume during major holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
- Remote/Rural Addresses: Addresses in secluded or rural areas (differing between the contiguous 48 states and Alaska/Hawaii).
Geenow Action: Should any significant delays occur, we will proactively notify customers via email and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
