II. Payment Error Troubleshooting Guide
If you experience difficulties completing your transaction, please check the common causes and follow the instructions below:
1. Check Entered Card Information
First, ensure all card details are entered correctly, including:
- Card Number: Double-check every digit.
- Expiration Date: Must be current or future.
- CVV/CVC Code: The 3 or 4-digit security code on the back of the card.
- Billing Address: The address must match the address registered with your card-issuing bank.
2. 3D Secure Verification
Some Visa, Mastercard, or Amex cards may require an additional security layer called 3D Secure (e.g., Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode).
- You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via phone or email.
- Please ensure you can access it immediately to enter the OTP and complete the verification.
Note: If you do not receive the code or the verification process fails, please contact your bank directly for assistance with activation or security issues.
3. Restrictions from Issuing Bank
Occasionally, a transaction may be declined due to security policies or international transaction limits set by your bank.
