Immediately after your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your Tracking Number. You can enter that Tracking Number in the box below to check the shipping status with our carrier partners (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after you place your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
  • Notification: The email containing the Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address used for your order as soon as the carrier updates the pickup status.
  • Check: If you do not see the email after 2 business days, please check your Spam/Promotions folder.

Next Steps (If the Tracking Number is Not Working)

Sometimes, it may take up to 24 hours for the Tracking Number to display its first update on the carrier's system. If, after that time, you are still experiencing the following issues:

  • The system reports "Not Found."
  • The shipping status is not updating (Stalled).
  • The shipment is unusually delayed.
