While Geenow processes the refund transaction promptly (24 hours), the actual time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account is entirely dependent on the procedures of your original bank or payment service provider. You should note the following standard timeframes (subject change based on the internal process of the financial institution):
- PayPal Refunds: Typically takes approximately 3–5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Typically takes approximately 5–7 business days.

3. Regulation on Shipping Costs in Case of Personal Exchange
Geenow offers a flexible policy for exchange if you change your mind about the metal wall art product purchased. However, this case does not qualify for a refund. This payment term explicitly states: The customer will be responsible for paying all two-way shipping costs (the cost to return the original product to the warehouse and the cost to ship the new product you wish to exchange for). You are also responsible for paying any difference if the new product is of higher value. In case of an exchange for a lower-priced item, Geenow will not refund the difference in price.
